RockStar spas is a division of PartyPools.com.  RockStar specialialized in spas and hot tubs which are installed below ground our in locations in which equipment would normally be inaccessible.   RockStar Hottubs The concept of  customer service has to be considered in three parts.  That is before, during and after the sale.
Our Inground spas come in four basic designs from those that accommodate three persons to our Omni Hot Tub which accommodates seven persons.   Various equipment packages are also available which include one or two pumps, 15 or 25 therapy jets and 12 air jets (with both a regular and heated air blower).
RockStar Ingound Hot Tubs accepts American Express, Matercard, Visa and Discover.  All parts are warrantied for a period of two years.
RockStar maintains two telephone service centers in Atlanta and Prague, Czech Republic.  Customers are referred to local dealers for service.

Customer Service

The concept of  customer service has to be considered in three parts.  That is before, during and after the sale.

Before: You or your contractor needs to know EXACTLY what you are buying.  Measurements must be precise.  Unlike above ground spas where most of the products are similar, the inground hot tub must be configured correctly and your job must be constructed to the right specs.  Any variation means money out of your pocket or time out of your life.  This, in my mind, is the important part of the service.  We inform, we do not sell.  If your job does not need out product, we would rather not start a relationship that has no future. 

During:  We offer GE financing as well as all major credit cards.  We ship door-to-door to any country in the world.  We have offer 12 colors, four models and several configurations. 

After:  We have a profession billing system to offers you accurate accounting, We have internet tracking on our deliveries (worldwide).  Getting a truck driver to show up on time is a skill that modern man has not yet perfected,  but we can get you the driver's cell number.  If you lose a computer pack, a pump or a control panel we can UPS it to you in a few days.  We offer two years full warranty on every part in the spa, including the shell. 

Lastly, we do what we say we are going to do.  If we make a mistake (or anybody we hire makes a mistake) we take the credit and pay the debit.
